Positions Available at Dignity (Harvest)


Dear Community Leaders,

Greetings from the Community Development Unit at UNHCR!

On behalf on Dignity (Harvest), we would like to announce that they are looking to hire the following two positions:


Security Guard

Responsibilities
·         Regular patrolling of Dignity premises
·         Managing traffic during high peak time (arrival of students, going home)
·         Helping with other tasks as requested by the management

Requirements
·       Male candidate
·       Concerned about welfare and safety of children
·       Language: speak and understand basic English.
·       Able to communicate with students of different age
·       Flexible to work during odd hours
·       Willing to work hard
·       Have patience
·       Alert of surroundings

At Dignity, we believe in impacting lives of children through quality education and lives of educators through professional development. Hired candidates will receive:

·         Regular feedbacks from supervisors
·         Salary: RM1,200 to RM1,600

Assistant Teacher: Toddlers/Preschool / Lower Primary Programmes

Responsibilities
·      To guide students (aged 1-3, 4-6 or 7-10 years old) based on Malaysian syllabus, using Montessori methodology. 
·      To track students learning progress.
·      To create materials according to students learning needs.
·      To care for students wellbeing.

Requirements
·         Candidate must be able to speak and understand English.
·         Passionate in making an impact in children’s lives.
·         Willing to work hard
·         Teachable and willing to teach others
